Store owners and authorised business representatives can create a merchant account and submit their store for review. Availability depends on LUISA's operating areas and approval.
What information should I keep ready?
Your mobile number, owner and business details, store address and hours, identity and business documents, and bank details. The application shows the documents required for your business, including GST details where applicable.
Does creating an account make my store live?
No. Complete your store profile and verification, then submit your application. LUISA reviews the details before approving your store.
Where can I see fees and partnership terms?
Review the merchant agreement during onboarding. Contact LUISA through the onboarding help option if you need clarification before submitting.
I already have a merchant account. Do I need another?
No. Use Partner login with your existing mobile number and PIN to open your workspace.
